Objectives

The objective of this course is to understand the general methodology of identification and to discover the large Signal methods (for a rapid characterization), the Least Square method (for linear systems) and the iterative method (for non-linear systems).

Description

Parametric identification is a set of tools that characterize a system based on experimental knowledge of its inputs and outputs. The aim is to obtain a mathematical model describing the overall behaviour of the system.
