Discover the principle and properties of two concepts that form the basis of many numerical analysis tools: numerical quadrature and interpolation.
Description
The definition and basic properties are given for numerical quadrature and interpolation. A tutorial session is offered to practise some of these concepts. A practical session allows students to implement some of the methods presented using examples. Assessment is based on the practical session report.
