M1 Leadership 2 : Business Game in Managerial Accounting
1. Decode and analyze summary accounting documents
2. Understand how to interpret commercial study documents (market shares, seasonal
coefficients)
3. Calculate costs and margins, develop production plans, commercial forecasts, and
profitability projections, considering mainly commercial strategic choices
4. Organize themselves in groups, follow instructions, and apply negotiation techniques.

M1 Leadership 1: Project Management
By the end of the module, students will have :
● effectively planned and executed projects using traditional methods, focusing on
aspects such as Gantt charts, critical path analysis, and resource allocation.
● analyzed and compared basic project management approaches with other
methodologies, particularly understanding the context in which project management
is most effective.
● applied basic project management techniques to real-world or simulated case
studies.
● efficiently conducted and facilitated meetings with project clients and stakeholders,
focusing on techniques to maximize time and cost efficiency.
